Dr. Moses Kamita is a postdoctoral research assistant at the College of Graduate Studies and Research. He received his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Kenyatta University and a master’s degree in animal physiology from the University of Eldoret. Thereafter, Dr. Kamita received his Doctor of Science in Cancer Immunology from Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan. Dr. Kamita’s research area is in cancer immunology and mechanisms used by the cancer cells to develop resistance and evade the immune system’s mechanism of response. He has published his work in journals and in conference presentations. In addition, Dr. Kamita has received scholarship awards and recognition awards in course of his career.
