Dr. Mukala is an accomplished academic and medical professional with extensive experience in public health and clinical practice. He currently serves as a Lecturer in the School of Clinical Medicine, Mount Kenya University. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Health, with a specialization in Epidemiology and Biostatistics (MKU,2023), as well as a Master’s degree in Public Health (GLUK,2018) & a bachelor of medicine and surgery (University of Lubumbashi, DR Congo, 2004). His academic training and work span across several countries in the Great Lakes region, including the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi, and Kenya.
